Return Policy
Molars by Maw offers a 30 day return policy starting from the date your order was delivered for all items excluding custom design work and seconds.
You can receive a refund or full store credit if the item shows no visible signs of wear.
If your item arrived damaged, please see our Limited Warranty.
You can opt to return for a full refund and purchase your own shipping return label, or if you opt to exchange for store credit Molars will supply you a prepaid return label.
Return for a Refund or Store Credit

Contact us below or at molarsbymaw@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and confirm if you would like a refund or exchange for store credit (if opting for store credit, Molars will email you a prepaid return label).

Package the item in a padded envelope via a tracked shipping method, and include a note with your contact info, order number and request.

You will receive an email notifying you of your refund or credit after your return is received and processed.
Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Molars by Maw.
What is covered?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Molars by Maw will repair, at no charge excluding return shipping costs of the item to Molars, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Some Products use a limited supply of materials and if required materials are no longer available the product cannot be identical to its previous form. If this is the case we will come up with a replacement solution.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Molars by Maw is 2 years from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship as well as theft or loss.
This Limited Warranty does not cover paper products including art prints and stickers.
Who is covered?
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the product.
