Collar size options are the total length of the choker including 2 inches of chain extender. 

For example, a 14 in. collar has 12 inches of decorative material plus 2 inches of extender chain.

Measure your neck circumference:

the best fitting collar for you is most likely an inch larger.

 

In the sizing guide video, Mama Molars has a 13 inch neck circumference.​

• A 13 inch collar will barely fit, unless there is extra extender chain. You may prefer 
  this option, because there is less material on the back of the neck.

• A 15 inch collar will offer full coverage around the neck and can be worn looser.

• A 14 inch collar will allow an inch of wiggle room to adjust looser or tighter.
